As a member of the Women In Business Club, you will have access to our mentorship program. This program is designed to accelerate your academic experience, cultivate new connections, strengthen professional relationships, and ultimately empower & encourage you on your academic to career journey.
This program seeks to serve members as a tool to connect like-minded individuals with the goal to go beyond the academic setting to grow, learn and further propel themselves as women in the workforce. Each member in the mentorship program will be either a mentor, an upperclassman, or a mentee, underclassman, that will be paired together based on career goals and interests with the goal of providing a rich and rewarding experience for both partners.

Get Mentored
All Women In Business Club members have the opportunity to receive a mentor. There is nothing more valuable than guidance from a like-minded individual with firsthand experience. Each mentor is a fellow Colangelo College of Business student who is an upperclassman, passionate about peer-to-peer leadership and business. These mentors seek to foster community, support your career aspirations, and act as a guide on your college journey.
Perks of being a Mentee include:

Become a Mentor
As a GCU Women in Business mentor, you have the unique opportunity to uplift and guide younger students, helping them navigate their academic and professional journeys. This role not only allows you to impart valuable wisdom but also encourages personal growth through leadership development. Mentoring cultivates a supportive community where experiences are shared, challenges are addressed, and successes are celebrated.
